Why I Started Ease Sourcing

People asked why I started another product when I had already worked on AI/SaaS projects.

The short answer: I saw the same sourcing pain, again and again.

Teams were spending too much time filtering suppliers, comparing offers manually, and making decisions with incomplete context.

After years in foreign trade, I knew where mistakes usually happen:

  • Supplier quality signals are often hidden in details
  • Price comparisons are easy; reliability comparisons are hard
  • Delays and communication gaps are expensive

Ease Sourcing is my attempt to make this process more systematic.

Not to replace human judgment — but to make better judgment possible, faster.
